Washington, DC (May 11, 2011)The National Parking Association (NPA) announces its First Annual CPP Summit, a one day training session at the University of Baltimore. The Summit, scheduled for June 9, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., will help parking professionals advance their careers through best practices, speakers and peer discussions, as well as prepare them for NPA's certification exam.

The CPP Summit is a full day of speakers and peer roundtable discussions focusing on best practices in parking management human resources, finance and operations; parking-specific First Observer anti-terrorism training; and preparation for NPAs certification testing, said Christine Banning, CAE, NPA president. The CPP Summit provides training on key study points in 13 areas of parking management with insights on how to successfully prepare for and take the exam.

Among the speakers is Andrew Hill, CPP, director of special projects for VPNE Parking Solutions, who will present The CPP and Customer Service: Service with a Smile.
