NSL's 2011 Corporate Social Responsibility report issued today
With over 4500 people employed across the UK and delivering outsourced services to millions of customers NSL today laid out it's commitment to the economy, environment and society through its latest annual Corporate Social Responsibility report.
The report, which covers five key areas, shows how the company has turned it's Corporate Purpose 'To inspire people to deliver services which support our communities and improve the environment' into day-to-day reality, embraced by its multicultural workforce.
Mark Underwood, NSL's Chief Executive, commented 'The public profile of our work is high and we accept that with that high profile comes added responsibility. As we've grown and diversified we've found that our industry-leading position gives us the ability and the responsibility to improve standards not just at NSL but also in the industries in which we work'
Gary Webb, NSL's Communications Manager added 'We're committed to continually evolving and improving our Corporate Social Responsibility. Our commitment in 2010 included setting proper measures in key areas, so that from 2011 we wil be able to show and report the positive economic, environmental and social impact in the communities we serve.'
