One Parking Kicks Off New Year by Opening Offices in Denver
One Parking, led by CEO, Greg Susick, announced its expansion into the Colorado market. Beginning January 2012, the company will open two offices serving the Colorado area. The company was awarded two operating contracts for the parking management of office buildings in downtown Denver. The selection of the company was based on their proposed ideas to improve income for ownership.
Todays owners want ways to generate more money from their assets. We help them do this with the parking component, which in turn increases the value of the overall asset said Kirsten Dolan, COO of One Parking. "Our plans include providing these services to more owners in the Colorado market, now that we have a local presence."
