One Parking Launches Parking Consulting Division

One Parking, a parking management company based in West Palm Beach Florida announced today its expansion into a full service Parking Consulting Division. One year ago, One Parking hired Bob Chapman, veteran parking engineer, to oversee a large consulting project called Sowwah Square in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Sowwah Square is a 5 million square foot office and hotel development designed to serve the commercial core of the Island. Bob Chapman and Greg Susick, CEO of One Parking, worked on this prestigious project providing consulting which included detailed demand analysis, improvements to functionality, technology solutions, graphics, financial projections and a final operating plan. As the initial phase of this major project scope has come to a close, One Parking is offering expanded services internationally and in the U.S. to owners, municipalities, airports and developers who need parking advice to optimize their current and/or the development parking facilities.

One Parking has provided consulting services since its start, but the services were only provided to a limited number of clients and markets.    We are excited to give the consulting division of our business more focus and breadth than before, said Kirsten Dolan, President/COO of One Parking.
