Reading Doubletree Convention Center Garage Celebrates Grand Opening

Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc. (TimHaahs) designed the parking structure to serve patrons of the adjacent future Doubletree Hotel, as well as the Convention Center located on the ground level of the hotel.

The new 927-space precast parking structure will help to alleviate the parking demands resulting from development in the area. The project is part of a redevelopment and revitalization effort in downtown Reading. The addition of the new convention center and hotel will help to draw more people, as well as make the area a more vibrant and attractive destination. TimHaahs provided prime design services for the garage, including structural engineering, architectural design, project management and parking consulting.
