Sheraton Dallas Contracts Towne Park to Provide Bell Services
Towne Park is now providing bell services at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in addition to valet parking, parking management and bell services.
Towne Parks expertise and service solutions arent limited to Five-Diamond valet parking services. Towne Park also provides bell services to over 100 hotel customer accounts nationwide. Our newest bell service customer is the 1,840-room Sheraton Dallas Hotel where Towne Park already provides valet parking, parking management and door services.
Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations Steffan Sonneveldt commented on Towne Parks solutions including bell service:
Over one-third of our hotel customers now rely on Towne Park to provide full-service solutions from valet parking to bell services to create a seamless sense of arrival and departure for their guests. Our full-service solutions provide staffing synergies, economies of scale, and enhanced front of the house service levels. This allows our hotel customers to focus on their in-house services from heads in beds to hosting marquis events. Were excited to add bell services to the Sheraton Dallas and provide this premier downtown hotel with a full-service solution.
Towne Park delivers high quality bell services to numerous hotel companies and brands nationwide, including Hilton, Hyatt, Loews, Marriott, and Starwood brands. In addition to the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Towne Park recently added bell services at the 1,005-room JW Marriott Indianapolis and has provided bell services at its sister location the 622-room Indianapolis Marriott Downtown for over five years. Indianapolis Marriott General Manager Phil Ray shared his view of Towne Parks service quality:
