Charlotte Douglas Airport Contracts with AeroParker for Online Booking and Commercial Management of Car Parking

Charlotte Douglas Airport will be the first airport to use AeroParker’s Universal Login

Following an open request for proposal process initiated in October 2018 AeroParker has recently been awarded the contract for Online Booking System (OBS) and Parking Commercial Management Services at Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT).

CLT will be supported out of AeroParker’s Chicago headquarters.

The project comprises the configuration and implementation of AeroParker to facilitate online bookings for car parking and ancillaries.

While customers can manage their own bookings should they wish to amend or cancel via their CLT AeroParker account online, the AeroParker Operations Suite means an extra level of customer service is available. Here the CLT call center or any 3rd party agents selling on behalf of CLT will be able to log in and manage customer requests regarding bookings securely and swiftly.

CLT will be the first airport to use AeroParker’s Universal Login which means a smooth omnichannel experience where CLT customers can be identified and easily logged into their AeroParker account via the CLT website or on their mobile devices as they so choose, facilitating easy entry to CLT online booking and personalized communications.

AeroParker’s Commercial Management team, headed by Customer Success Director Dean Holmes, will devise and implement the Commercial Strategy comprising a yield strategy and an online distribution strategy to drive up customer engagement and revenues.

AeroParker will integrate with several 3rd parties to deliver best of breed functionality and an intuitive and rewarding customer experience.

  • CyberSource as a Payment Service Provider for PCI DDSS level 1 compliant credit card payments
  • A native integration with the Mobi2Mobi airport app via AeroParker’s REST API
  • AVPM for the fulfillment of prebooked valet parking
