The multi-use garage, owned by Midway Partners and run by Raffle Parking Company, LLC consists of 1,450 stalls serving a premiere Entertainment, Dining, Retail and Urban Office hub in the heart of downtown Houston. 

The TIBA Parking Systems consists of Pay on Foot Stations, as well as LPR - License Plate Recognition to make the customer experience the most it can be.
