BOSSCARS Shortens Registration Lines for Saint Louis University

The BOSSCARS suite of campus parking software went live at Saint Louis University in the fall of 2009. After customizing the software for Saint Louis University's unique permit issuing processes, the Parking Services staff has enjoyed shorter registration lines and timely billing processes.

"The deal-maker for us was when BOSS came onsite to do a demo and talk with IT," Ann Gioia, Parking Services Manager, Saint Louis University said. "The one-on-one demo made it so this wasnt just another scary IT project. My staff likes Banner now, and registration takes a fraction of the time than it did with our old parking software."

BOSSCARS integrates directly and in real-time with Saint Louis Universitys SunGard Banner Campus Information System. The automatic and immediate communication with Saint Louis Universitys other departments has allowed Parking Services to reduce the wait time for registration substantially.
