Central Parking Announces Appointment of Christina Combs as Vice President of Quality and Training

Ms. Baier joined the Company in 2010. Since that time she has played a key role in leading the Company through significant changes to enhance its efficiencies and effectiveness.

Mr. Bodenhamer founded USA Parking System in 1980, and it became a subsidiary of Central Parking System in 2001.  Under Mr. Bodenhamers leadership, USA Parking has become a leader in the hospitality services industry.  In fact, USA Parking operates more four and five star diamond properties than any other valet operator.

The appointments of Ms. Baier and Mr. Bodenhamer to their new positions reflect their expanded roles and responsibilities in the leadership of our Company, said James Marcum, Chief Executive Officer and President.
