Central Parking announces appointment of Robert Ostrov as senior vice president of human resources
Central Parking System, Inc. announced today that Robert Ostrov joined the Company on August 8, 2011 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. He will report to the office of the Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Ostrov has previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of ArvinMeritor, Inc.; Vice President, Human Resources & Labor Relations of FedEx Corporation; Senior Vice President, Human Resources of True Value; and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GE. Rob most recently served in a Senior HR role with the United States Coast Guard/Department of Homeland Security. He has a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Strategic Planning from Roosevelt University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

He brings to the Company vast experience in talent management, training, and labor relations, which will be important to the execution of our initiatives. Mr. Ostrovs appointment follows the decision of Donald Holmes to transition out of his role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
