All busy on the South-eastern front, as Commend Austria takes energetic leap into the new year

High up on the list of Commend Austria's New Years resolutions is continued strategic growth. To ensure that this is not just wishful thinking, Commend Austria GmbH have already followed up the intention with real action: as from the start of 2011, Commend Adria has begun operation as a new subsidiary at its offices in Zagreb and is already celebrating its first success in bringing even greater customer closeness to the South-eastern European markets.

With this latest addition to Commend's worldwide network of representations, Commend Austria is now at the helm in eight crucial future markets. The continued growth in the Eastern - and particularly the South-eastern - European markets not only strengthens Commends local presence but also highlights its position as a global enterprise.

Under the leadership of market expert Drago Labazan, who has 20 years of market experience, Commend Adria will honour Commend's commitment to customer proximity by providing local customer service to the increasingly important growth markets of Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Drago Labazan is the former owner of ERLAB d.o.o., a Croatian innovator and provider of security and communication technology.

After the successful launch of Commend Slovakia, which serves the Slovakian and Czech markets, this is the time to answer the growing call of the Eastern European market for high-quality security and communication technology, commends Christian Schmid, Managing Director of Commend Austria GmbH.
