CVPS Valet Parking System Coming this Fall to the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

The Computerized Valet Parking System by Service Tracking System is chosen by another prestigious property in Orlando with the installations at the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. The system includes valet and self-parking options.
10345780-waldorf-astoria-orlando-and-hilton-bonnet-creek[1].jpgService Tracking Systems is installing the premier valet system, known as CVPS, at the new Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.  The first Waldorf Astoria property to bear its name outside of New York and Hilton's largest development in History is scheduled to open to the public in October.

The Waldorf Astoria Orlando will feature the same award-winning services that are synonymous with the brand. The resort if set on 482 lush acres nestled by the Walt Disney World Resort. Starting with an 18-hole Rees Jones-designed championship golf course and a 24,000 square foot Waldorf Astoria Spa by Guerlain, the Waldorf Astoria is changing the Central Florida hospitality scene for the better.  150,000 square foot of versatile meeting space connects the Hilton Bonnet Creek with the Waldorf Astoria.   The Hilton has 1,000 upscale rooms and suites, six dining outlets and a two-acre lagoon-style pool.

The complete parking operation at Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek includes valet parking, provided by AAA Parking, along with self parking options for guests and visitors.  The self-parking system by Service Tracking Systems strategic partner, Federal APD, integrates with the CVPS valet system providing seamless reporting and revenue control.  Both self-parking and valet parking charges can be allocated to guests hotel room through the STS hotel management system interface. The interface allows for registered hotel guests to use their room keys to enter and exit the garage. Conveniently located automated pay stations, as well as credit card payment kiosks at the garage exit lanes are also integrated into the system.

The valet entry and exit lanes are equipped with digital cameras and license plate recognition technology. The HDCamPro module captures six high definition images of the vehicle from all angles, and uploads them to the database along with the valet attendant ID, time, and license plate number. The patented valet vehicle imaging system has proven to significantly reduce the number of damage claims filed and paid out, making this product the biggest return on investment for clients. The LPR module automates the vehicle identification process and record keeping, saving hundreds of labor hours.
