As easy as 1-2-3: ticketless exit with LPR Fast Exit

What car park customers really want: be it at the airport, the shopping centre or a hotel, they want to be able to park and collect their own car as quickly and conveniently as possible – without going to a lot of trouble and spending a lot of time.

With the help of the Fast Exit function, DESIGNA offers car park customers an easy, ticketless exit. This is all made possible by the ABACUS system's license plate recognition (LPR) function. The car park customer takes a ticket as usual at the entrance. This is linked in parallel via LPR in the database and stored. After the ticket has been paid for, the system opens the barrier at the exit automatically, as soon as the installed LPR system has recorded the license number and compared it with the database.

Car park operators benefit from the use of LPR too. In addition to information on car park occupancy and faster exits / higher throughput, they profit above all from security. For example, it is also possible, using stored black, white and VIP lists to quickly recognise undesirable vehicles or the holders of customer cards and long term parkers and act accordingly.
