EFAFLEX Now At China Resources Harbin FUN2 Shopping Mall

China Resources Land were involved in a new construction project, Harbin Fun² Shopping Mall, to create a one-stop outlet mall with a difference. The centre which covers an area of 300,000 square meters, combines a shopping, leisure, entertainment, catering, fashion, parent-kids experience thanks to the expert brand experience of China Resources Land. This project follows the Harbin trend to globally synchronize their facilities.

The shopping mall incorporates underground car parking space for the visitors and shoppers which also matches the company’s brand values of quality and performance. China Resources Land had previously used high-speed doors designed and manufactured by global industry leaders, EFAFLEX. It seemed the obvious choice to once again join with Tianjin Brown Technology Development Co. Limited, EFAFLEX’s China based partner on this project.

A total of 12 high-speed spiral doors (EFA-SST®) were installed at the entrance and exit points to the car park facilities. These high-quality engineered doors are fast action (opening and closing) to enable drivers to enter the car park quickly and safely. The EFAFLEX high-speed doors form part of the overall construction that mirrors perfectly China Resource Group’s mission to lead commercial progress and create better lives.
