GREEN Center is launching a new generation of an efficient parking system – GPE4P

The new GPE4P product range has undergone significant design and technological changes that provide customers with a higher utility value while keeping an affordable purchase price of the product. Due to the attractive design, the parking system can become visually interesting and functional equipment of the car park. The use of modern technologies and the overall design quality guarantee high reliability and long service life of the system. The parking system allows a tariff to be selected out of the whole range of tariffs and, therefore, the amount of parking fees can be easily adjusted to the pricing policy of the car park operator. Subsequently, the system is capable of ensuring fully automated collection of parking fees in compliance with the set tariff.

The main advantage of the GPE4P parking system is entirely autonomous operation that does not require permanent connection to the master controlling server. Individual components are independent of each other and they do not have to be interconnected by communication cables which can lead to significant financial savings. The system is really fast and simple to install – the system is ready for the full operation only after its components have been connected to the power supply. For the transfer of information among individual system components, paper parking cards with printed bar codes are used. This brings two main benefits:

1. The information media material that is financially less demanding compared to other media types and, therefore, it is capable of reducing the car park operating costs effectively,
2. The bar code technology guarantees high reliability of the system operation and security.

The system can be easily upgraded to an on-line system which is its substantial advantage. By making a few minor adjustments (adding a server computer to the system, interconnecting individual components, updating software), the car park operators can acquire all benefits, advanced functions and options that the on-line system offers.

The parking system was developed in response to the needs and requirements of small car parks operators. “When developing the parking system, we co-operated with several operators of small-sized car parks with limited capacity. On the basis of their comments, we had to adapt our original concept several times. However, the resulting product should satisfy the vast majority of our partners working both in the public and private sectors. Due to its features and functions, the system can be used for parking projects at company car parks, at different types of accommodation, at supermarkets, sports and fitness centres, cultural facilities, tourist attractions or historic sights“, says Tomáš Zdobnický, Manager of Production and Development.
