Belgium uses Hectronic for parking

Largest individual order, for over 580 CITEA pay and display machines in the town of St Gilles

Belgium is turning more and more into Hectronic-land - at least in terms of parking. Pay and display machines have been supplied to our neighbouring country on a regular basis in the past, but this is one of those contracts that brings a smile to even the most reserved of faces. The town of St Gilles has ordered 580 devices, making it the largest individual order for Hectronic in the area of parking. Rauwers, a Hectronic partner based in Brussels, played a substantial part in this. For years we have enjoyed excellent collaboration here, and I can only pay the team and CEO Pablo Rauwers a huge compliment, says Hectronic sales director Kleta Bruga of Rauwers, with fulsome praise.

Praise that also applies to the implementation of the project. The CITEAs were equipped with PA-Manager parking space management software, EMV card readers, solar covers and modems. It was not that easy, but between us we delivered in the end, reflects Kleta Brugger. And we can immediately look forwards as well, because Hectronic is doing more business in Belgium. The next 100 CITEAs have already been delivered for the town of Etterbeek. Rauwers also played a large hand in this deal.
