Complus Data Innovations, Inc. (CDI), a leader in the field of Parking Ticket Management solutions, has recently launched a new service for their municipal, university and airport clients to accept online parking ticket appeals from the public.
While visiting the CDI parking ticket payment website that is set up for each individual client, the public can now choose between paying their outstanding parking tickets or filing an online appeal to have their tickets reviewed by a Parking Administrator or Judge.
The appeals feature was added as the result of client feedback to help streamline and simplify the overall appeals process. CDIs backend FastTrack software had already allowed for tracking appeal requests and hearing schedules manually. Now, clients can reduce the volume of paper appeals filed through their offices and spend less time data entering information into the system.
During the online appeals process, customers are able to enter their email address and receive status updates, including information about any future hearing or trial dates. On the backend, CDI clients still have access to manage the overall process, review individual cases, establish trial dates and enter dispositions that are relevant to any of the appeals that are filed. As with all CDI modules, the new online appeals module is available at no additional cost to CDI clients.
We are continually looking at ways to help our clients operate more efficiently and reduce some manual processes, commented Stephen J. Hittman, Chief Operating Officer of CDI. This new service will help our clients improve customer service by streamlining the overall appeals process through automation.
