Paid parking lot in Galeria Malta

- Warszawa, Poland, EU

Galeria Malta is considering charging for vehicles left at the multi-level parking lot next to the shopping center. According to initial assumptions, the mall’s customers will be allowed to park for free during their shopping time.

Galeria Malta’s administrator is planning to announce a public tender aimed at selecting a car lot manager that will install and handle specialist devices necessary for the parking lot to function in its new form. Final decisions will be made within the upcoming weeks;

Galeria Malta’s customers will not suffer from the introduction of fees. The initial idea is not  to impose any charges over the shopping time. Research has shown that an average visit time is around two hours. Parking rates and rules will be determined after selecting a company managing the lot.

Galeria Malta’s parking lot is connected directly to the shopping mall building. It occupies seven storeys with spaces for 1,900 vehicles.

Galeria Malta is one of Poznań’s most popular shopping malls, with 170 stores of top Polish  and international brands, service points, restaurants, cafes, Multikino and fitness center.
