New Haven, CT Selects Parkeon
With the goal of upgrading their parking technology to handle increasing parking demands throughout the City, New Haven, CT has selected Parkeon to meet its needs. Through a competitive bid process involving several vendors, Parkeon came out on top to deploy 15 solar powered multi-space meters accepting both coins and credit cards. New Haven has a long term goal to upgrade its existing inventory of over 2,000 single space meters.
A vibrant medical, educational, cultural, and entertainment center, New Haven experiences unique parking demands that require the most up-to-date technology.
With Parkeons system, including its new back-office system called myParkfolio, New Haven will be able to use transaction data to study parking demands and adjust to trends as needed.
