ParkTrak integrates with Parkmobile for MBTA
ParkTrak has competed integration of its ParkTrak Pro enforcement product with Parkmobiles pay by phone service for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA).
ParkTraks mission is to provide leadership and solutions which enable an optimum level of operational efficiency to its clients. The new integration allows enforcement officers to download Parkmobile parking information directly to their handheld enforcement units, streamlining the officers job and reducing field data errors.
With ParkTrak Pro and Parkmobiles pay by phone service, the MBTA will see a seamless integration of technology allowing for better parking management and revenue control. ParkTrak was an instrumental partner and innovator in the largest implementation of pay by phone technology in US history. Earlier this year the MBTA began this payment system in 72 parking lots along their commuter rail system which includes 30,000 parking spaces, said Seth Shurtleff, Regional Director of LAZ Parking.
