The Austrian Automobile, Motorcycle and Touring Club in Vienna commissioned the construction of its new headquarters to Pichler & Traupmann Architekten. The result was a mobility center on nine levels with a usable area of approximately 21,000 m³ for around 800 employees who had previously worked in five different locations. In addition to creating one unified space to house all of the employees, the façade of the new ÖAMTC headquarters was designed in the form of a rim with five spokes.

Integra Barriers by projekt wAt the base of the building is the high rise car park with 265 parking spaces. The car park has six mezzanines with pitches up to 2.60 meters and a clear height of 2.40 meters. In order to ensure the safety of those using the car park, Projekt W was commissioned to install the INTEGRA 943 safety barrier throughout the facility.

The INTEGRA safety barriers offer decisive technical, economic and sustainable advantages to other barriers such as greater compatibility with car park manufacturers and a better aesthetic result. In addition, the safety barriers guarantee that, in case of a crash, the load will be relieved into the substructure provided by the customer ensuring the safety of the overall parking structure.
