Propark Awarded Contract to Manage the Parking at Google Headquarters

National parking management company Propark America has been selected by Google, Inc. to manage the parking at the 35 campuses that make up Google Headquarters in Mountain View.
Propark and Google mirror each others sensibilities when it comes to innovation and sustainability, said Tim Maloney, Proparks regional vice president. Were not simply managing their parking system, were adding value for Googles guests by actively developing and implementing an urban mobility plan, among other initiatives.

Propark will manage tens of thousands of parking stalls across the 35 campuses that comprise what is known as the Googleplex. Offering self parking and valet service, Propark is currently valet parking over 1,000 cars each day and will eventually valet park an excess of 5,000 cars daily.

Were excited about what the future holds with the Googleplex parking system, continued Maloney. We plan to introduce an entire suite of parking products and services, many of which are specifically designed for this property.

In addition to providing unparalleled parking management services, Propark is actively involved in Googles urban mobility plan, with a focus on promoting means of transport with low impact on the environment. This includes walking and cycling, transit oriented development, green vehicles, car sharing and more.

Propark America is one of the nations leading parking companies, providing full and limited service parking solutions for medical centers, office buildings, retail centers, airports, universities, municipal facilities, residential buildings and hotels.
