Quercus Technologies' latest installations in Brisbane and Abu Dabhi showcase the versatility of the SmartLPR Access cameras. In Brisbane, the cameras have been produced in a different color finish to fit with the design of the car park, and in Abu Dabhi, prearranged whitelists are providing automatic access to employees of the Department of Transport.

Quercus Technologies Safeguards Parking in Long Island, Brisbane

In the Newstead suburb of Brisbane (Queensland, Australia), Quercus Technologies’ SmartLPR Access cameras now control entrances and exits at the Long Island car park. With high-reliability license plate recognition, Quercus’ technology can control all vehicles that enter and exit the private parking facilities, providing useful information for the parking owner and greater customer satisfaction.

The Long Island car park chose the newest model of SmartLPR Access cameras but with a different color finish from the standard. Quercus Technologies offers the option of customizing the equipment to adapt it to the aesthetics of the facilities and contribute to the homogeneous design that the customer chooses to have.

Abu Dhabi’s Department of Transport Equipped with Quercus Technologies

The Department of Transport (DoT) for the city of Abu Dhabi has installed Quercus Technologies’ cameras at the entrances and exits of its facilities. These facilities are located in the Maqta area of the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The department was established in 2006 to ensure coordinated and transparent planning in all aspects in the field of transport in Abu Dhabi.

A total of 29 SmartLPR Access cameras are now reading the license plates of all vehicles that access the department's parking lot. And, thanks to the capability of Quercus' All-in-One cameras to manage parking whitelists, the department’s workforce has automatic access to the parking facility.
