Saba gets a new parking management in Barcelona

The company operates 23 centers and nearly 13,000 parking spaces in the Catalan capital

• The car park, bounded by the Diagonal and Gran Via de Carles III Avenues and Sabino de Arana street, is situated in one of the main residential areas of the city that merges with other financial, commercial and hospital services to which it provides car park services. Its proximity to the university and the FC Barcelona facilities are also attractive assets of this area.
• This infrastructure boasts two underground floors of 1,097 available parking spaces, of which 576 are destined to rotation and subscribers, managed by Saba. The remaining 521 parking spaces are ownership of the company.
• Saba manages the infrastructure from April 1, with an initial contract of one year which could be subject to three‐year extensions.

Saba Aparcamientos, the car park division of Saba Infrastructuras, has obtained the management of a new car park in Barcelona after reaching the agreement with the company owning the Car Park, Planes de Fomento, S.L. Located in the 85th Gran Via de Carles III, the infrastructure boasts two underground floors and has a capacity of 1,097 parking spaces, of which Saba manages a total of 576, destined to rotation and subscribers. Saba assumes the management of this car park with an initial contract of one year which could be subject to three‐year extensions.
 
Located in the district of Les Corts in Barcelona, this car park, bounded by the Diagonal and Gran Via de Carles III Avenues and Sabino de Arana street, is situated in a residential area that merges with other financial, commercial and hospital services, as well as its proximity to the university area and the FC Barcelona facilities.
 
With the addition of this new hub to Saba Aparcamientos’ car park network, the company manages about 13,000 parking spaces in the Catalan capital, spread over 23 nuclei.
