TSYS Announces Promotion of Bob Kellum

Kellum is responsible for the daily operations of statements, cards, correspondence and specialty printing production, plus strategic planning for the Output Services Division. He reports to Colleen W. Kynard, executive vice president of Customer Care, TSYS.

A 22-year TSYS veteran, Kellum was most recently a senior director, responsible for distributed systems and production support for both domestic and international platforms. He also has experience in various management roles supporting major clients in relationship management.

Bob is always focused on the customer, and working to support our clients in a way that exemplifies the TSYS culture, said William A. Pruett, senior executive vice president and president of North America Services, TSYS. His leadership will be key to advancing this customer-service approach and embracing new innovations that will allow us to grow our statement and production capabilities.

Kellum earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Columbus State University.
