About WPS Paking Systems

wpslogo.gifWPS Parking Systems, a member of the Imtech group, was founded in 1985 and was the first supplier of automated parking systems to use barcode technology. Among the many advantages of using barcode technology are the low maintenance costs and the exchangeability of components. Since the creation (1989), the WPS-BC200 system has been running under the MS Windows operating system.

WPS Parking Systems has grown to be a company of 200 employees with its head quarters and production plant located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Several WPS branch offices look after local markets along with worldwide spread WPS distributors. Different markets have different needs and the BC200 2 system, being a fully self-developed product, can easily adapt these needs into system features.

As a consequence of the fast developments in the parking technology branch and the increasing demand for delivery of integrated, multifunctional systems with ever more features and new applications, the focus in sales processes shifts more and more towards well-founded system advice. WPS is committed to building up long-term relationships with its customers and to maintain these carefully. In this respect pro-active account management is a crucial point of attention and an attitude through the entire WPS organisation.
