Main Responsibilities • Senior Specialist for Parking system ( HUB Parking / SKIDATA GmbH ) • Senior Specialist for Guidance system ( Park Eyes ) • Preparing and submitting quotations • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status • Assign responsibilities and mentor project team • Projects starting from Civil Constructions Activities, installing power and data cables till delivering the site with the new Equipment, installing their software and configured on its servers o Activity and resource planning o Organizing and motivating a project team o Controlling time management o Ensuring customer satisfaction o Monitoring progress o Managing reports and necessary documentation o Leading the team o Training the Customer team on the system o Supporting the Customer team after delivering the site • Senior Specialist for Entrevo Parking system (SCHEIDT & BACHMANN) • Senior Specialist for Pay station “PKA” system • Senior Specialist for NVR System from Geutebrück Company • Develop some Features in Entrevo Parking system by SQL. and C. • Solving any tickets raised on Entrevo System • Acting as Project Manager for some projects starting from Civil Constructions Activities, installing power and data cables till delivering the site with the new Equipment, installing their software and configured on its servers o Activity and resource planning o Organizing and motivating a project team
