The suite incorporates all the elements to satisfy the customer requirements from software provision including support and maintenance, to a completely managed service where all aspects of the IT are provided.

With the proven 20 years of parking system experience, Compex builds on the knowledge and understanding of the worldwide parking management software marketplace and provides an up to date solution to today’s parking and contravention requirements.

The true strength of the system is the flexibility to meet all needs regardless of client size and processes required including e-GIF compliancy. The database has been proven to cope with volumes of over one million cases per annum operated by over 250 concurrent users. However, many customers have a more modest requirement so the entry level is a single user license.

Completely updated, the software modules all have a single look and feel, and complete integration for intuitive use. User experience of the software is enhanced by the easier access to the data allowing the users to input and view data from a single window.

In addition to the existing modules of Notice Processing, Permits Management, Despatch & Control, Handheld Terminals, Clink, Cash Collection, Suspensions, Reporting and Third Party Interfaces. Compex now provides integration for CCTV, Abandoned Vehicles, Bus Lane and Photographic Imaging Data.

1. Business Processing Unit for clearing of backlogs either on or off site
2. Hosted Service – Provision, management, and maintenance of the parking enforcement system at Compex’s host site.
3. Supply of Hardware and Network – Complete turnkey solutions.
4. Software, Hardware and Networking Consultancy – to enable clients to evaluate and decide on correct implementation.
