We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team.
Key Responsibilities Include
Provide help desk support to users regarding: PC; Phone; Printers; E-mail; Office 365
Provide excellent customer service to employees on a wide array of computer/technology questions
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both in person and over the phone
Perform computer set-ups as needed for users
Provide Network backup operations
Create and maintain virtual machines in the VMware vSphere environment
Install, test, and monitor servers, firewalls and new software
Install, monitor, and maintain antivirus solutions in corporate and branch locales
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance with minimal impact to daily business operations
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Two or four-year technical degree in computer/networking
Hands-on Help desk and network experience
Knowledge of desktops, servers, routers, and switches
CompTIA A+, Network+ experience preferred
Microsoft Windows 8, 10
Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
Microsoft Office 365
