What you’ll do
Plan the utilisation of resources to maximise performance
Maintaining daily payroll spreadsheet and preparing payroll timesheets
Dealing with payroll issues
Maintaining holiday spreadsheet
Preparing HR forms – starters, leavers, pay amendments etc and maintain Personnel Files
Dealing with HR issues and to be proactive in taking advise from the HR Department
Promoting Investor in People principles
Ensuring that purchase orders – uniform, pocket books etc – are placed in good time
Assisting with Proactis orders
Liaising with landlords and suppliers where necessary.
Ensure that an efficient filing system is maintained so that information can be easily accessed
To perform other duties within your capabilities
