An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a private equity company with a growing software and technology focus. Ongoing investment in our ecommerce product requires the expansion of the team which supports and grows the feature set to be expanded; the new product follows a SaaS based platform model and multi tenanted deployment.
As a Business Analyst you will be required to broaden the uses and functionality for our clients and develop the product further, oversee the Requirements analysis (internal & external stakeholders), meet with both business stakeholders and clients to capture requirements and user stories, wire framing screen layouts and documenting these for discussion and translation to the development team.
What you’ll do
Initially you will be tasked with refining the QA Testing Process. This will involve Hands–on Functional and UAT testing, creating test scripts, test plans and test strategy along with the execution of these test plans
You will lead engaging elicitation sessions with business stakeholders / Product Owner(s) to completely understand business problems, opportunities and requirements
Demonstrate quality deliverables by authoring release notes, requirements, models, user stories etc. utilising best practices with minimal re-work
Assist the Operational and Senior Management teams with projects and tasks as may be required from time to time
Assist the ecommerce Operations Manager with training and coaching of team members and other colleagues as may be required from time to time

QA Tester with Business Analysis experience and ability to work with QA Test environments Experience implementing process and carrying out functional UAT testing
Experience with Test management case tools that can be brought into the team is desirable
Liaising with clients for UAT sign off and change management procedures
The ability to understand and interpret financial data
