Marketing Executive (Uxbridge, UK)

The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will work as part of the APCOA Marketing team to proactively drive and administer parking-related sales through electronic routes to market. This role will support sales through key contracts in the UK ensuring the business delivers its revenue targets; whilst offering a seamless and robust service for the client.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for all content on the APCOA website, ensuring all webpages are always up to date and relevant
  • Support and implement the strategy for the successful expansion and growth of the website to drive volume and sales
  • Work with operations to deliver short term targeted marketing promotions to support revenue and customer growth
  • Contribute to local and national sales, marketing and pricing projects
  • Assist in implementing campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels and troubleshoot non-performing marketing campaigns
  • Take ownership of the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters and flyers
  • Manage APCOA’s attendance, sales and marketing strategies at various trade exhibitions and events
  • Conduct site 'sales and marketing’ audits advising on strategies for growth and marketing plans on how to achieve them
  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager, Sales Executives and other colleagues
  • Work with the bid team to develop an approach to ensure APCOA submissions demonstrates our business in the best possible light
  • Work as part of a wider team as a key member of the new business team
  • Attend various trade exhibitions and meeting to promote APCOA products and services

What you’ll bring

  • Degree qualification or equivalent in relevant discipline such as Marketing or Business Management
  • Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in a B2C role
  • Proven Administration Management
  • Sound financial and analytical skills with good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to present and liaise with senior management both internally and externally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Ability to deliver challenging and demanding targets
  • Ability to manage, motivate and foster team spirit
  • Knowledge of the parking industry and processes is desirable but not essential
