About The Role

You will be working as part of the Civil Enforcement team to ensure all Hackney's parking restrictions and requirements are enforced and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained.

What you’ll do

• To assist the Assistant Contract Manager in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility
• Management of resources, including ensuring effective deployment of staff throughout the contract ensuring contractual requirements are met. To enforce all on-street/off-street permitted parking regulations in all controlled zones, in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004. To carry out Abandoned Vehicle inspections and supervision. To carry out enforcement during evening and night time and supervision

What you'll bring

• Previous experience of working within a customer service environment
• Experience of handling complaints efficiently and effectively in demanding circumstances
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and report writing
• Excellent problem solving skills
• A self-motivated, proactive nature
• Excellent computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
