HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Viladecavalls, ES)

Due to our strong expansion and growth, we offer an excellent opportunity to develop a professional career in the position of HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Human Resources Manager of the company.

The fundamental mission is to support the recruitment and development of talent through the application of the management policies and procedures of the HR Department, in accordance with the guidelines of the department head and with the general mandatory rules, so that The relationship with employees and other stakeholders is in accordance with current legal regulations and defined internal procedures contributing to make the company an excellent place to work.

Tasks:

  • Design jobs and make job descriptions.
  • Lead the talent recruitment / selection process: publish job advertisements and coordinate and participate in professional profile selections.
  • Carry out the process of receiving new incorporations.
  • Manage hiring processes (high, low, contract variations, etc.).
  • Maintain updated the database and personnel files ensuring that the individual records of the employees are accurate, safe, and that they comply with current legislation on data protection (professional evolution, payroll, salary increases, promotions, absenteeism,. ..).
  • Help maintain the different talent retention and performance management tools. Assistance in performance management processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.
  • Participate in the Coordination of Human Resources Projects: Continuous Improvement Plan or Objectives and Skills Evaluation.
  • Follow up the payroll calculation (ITs, dining tickets, overtime, compensation in kind, ...) and application of the agreement. Do the incentive calculation. Coordinate with accounting the presentation of models 111 and 190. Keep the relative information organized (salary receipts, monthly summaries, etc.).
  • Calculation KPI Labor (selection, absenteeism ..).

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Labor Relations
  • High essential English
  • Empathy and communication skills
  • 5 years experience in the area of HR (general function). Very valuable experience in attracting and retaining talent.
