CIRCONTROL, world leader in efficient mobility solutions, offers an excellent opportunity to develop a professional career in the position of Business Development Manager, for our Electrical Vehicle Charging Products Division in France.
The main responsibilities will be:
Promote and sale EV chargers produced by CIRCONTROL in France.
Manage, organize, and lead the market development of designated area, boosting sales process.
Develop new markets as well as keeping existing customers/partners with an assigned sales target.
Travel to visit new customers and keep existing ones (it depends on the COVID-19 situation).
Make the offers and follow them.
Identify and contact new potential customers and partners.
Have meetings and develop projects with high level electric installers.
Actively participate around 2-3 EV sector exhibitions a year it depends on the COVID-19 situation)
Act as a link between market and the company, identifying customer needs and providing new commercial and technical ideas related to the products to develop them.
Take part in developing the defined guidelines of the products policy, prices, communication, sales and being involved in new commercial strategies.
Any other activities related to his goals as Business Development Manager.
The job requirements are the following ones:
Degree in Engineering or at least 5 years of experience selling industrial products (ideal EV Chargers).
Good Technical background, with experience in electrical and electronics in national markets.
Excellent negotiation and written/verbal communication skills (English and French), with a lot of initiative and enthusiastic for sales.
Organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and team working.
Must be a sociable and friendly person, used to work and be successful in achieving sales targets.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and IT Network and good report writing skills.
Be able to travel around 30-60% of the time it depends on the COVID-19 situation).
Other languages knowledge will be appreciated.
Induction period of 6 months with product and field training.
