To support the strong development in Electric Mobility, CIRCONTROL is looking for a ⚡TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ⚡for our division in France.
The main responsibilities will be:
Manage the technical relationship with French partners (with own technical support based in HQ in Barcelona).
Nurture relationship with loyal customers (remote and presential meetings).
Assist in promoting CIRCONTROL’s products in the French market.
After-sales technical support and remote assistance for customers, partners or service providers.
Carry out on-site interventions as required: commissioning, curative and preventive maintenance, training, etc.
Manage national stock of spare parts and fast selling products.
Attend local exhibitions of both eMobility & parking industries during the year
The job requirements are the following ones:
Coming from an Electrical/ Electronic technical background.
An experience in the electric mobility environment would be ideal.
+ 2 years of working experience in similar role.
Be able to travel in France and punctually to HQ in Barcelona (it will depend on COVID-19 situation).
French mother tongue and fluent in English (Spanish and other languages would be a plus).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, AutoCAD and good report writing skills.
Must be a sociable and friendly person with ability to take initiatives and strongly customer-oriented.
Driving license B
Location: Versailles area, Yvelines, France with partial home office possibility.
