We are currently in a phase of rapid, global expansion and are looking for an experienced and highly engaged Marketing Manager to join our team, based in our global HQ in Munich, Germany or our US office in Atlanta, Georgia. As our Marketing Manager, you will be a hands-on marketing execution rockstar. You will be responsible for all marketing functions of Cleverciti, supporting the company in achieving its lead generation and growth goals. Key target customers include large shopping malls, airports, corporate office parks, and cities in the US and Europe. You are based in our Munich Germany or Atlanta USA office. You will report to our COO, based in Munich.
Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns that achieve the company’s lead generation and revenue growth goals (e.g. promotion for XYZ trade show with email automation sequence, video promo, social posts, and website landing page)
Be the voice of Cleverciti through our content strategy, defining an editorial calendar aligned with thought leadership, product launches, and customer wins and authoring channel-relevant content (blogs, social, email, etc.)
Manage the Cleverciti website, ensuring it is a lead generation machine. Run A/B tests and roll out improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
Manage Cleverciti’s social media accounts, planning and authoring engaging thought leadership posts that grow the follower base by
Plan and execute trade shows and events that engage with prospects and generate leads.
Nurture our prospect list through creative and effective email marketing.
Stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs through participation in sales meetings, visiting prospects, and customers, and attending industry events.
Own the relationship and manage the day-to-day activities of supporting functions (Web Developer, Translator, Design agency, Digital Advertising agency, PR agency)
Collaborate with COO and CEO to jointly define the marketing strategy
Measure the results of marketing efforts, ensuring key data is captured in CRM, and use the data to optimize the investment of time and money in the most effective channels and strategies.
Meet or exceed “marketing-qualified lead” generation goals.
Ensure marketing activities comply with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar relevant regulations.
Stay within the defined marketing budget and help to define the budget on an annual basis.
Desired Skills and Experience
Demonstrated success over 3+ years in a B2B marketing role
University degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience working with a CRM and driving marketing activities based on CRM data (Salesforce & Pardot preferred)
Experience working with WordPress or other CMS to effectively manage a web presence
Organic social media expert (particularly LinkedIn)
