We are looking for a System / Function Developer (m/f/diverse) for Ultrasound Data Processing to support our environmental sensing team in Frankfurt am Main. You will develop new automated parking functions and test them directly in vehicles. You will enable the car to safely maneuver in an environment, avoid obstacles and park.
Your Tasks Will Include
Algorithm development for object detection, localization, and tracking using ultrasound signals
Software implementation (C++)
Testing and validating the developed modules in laboratory and in-car, as well as conducting software module tests
Project work in base and series projects
Demonstrate technical leadership on the topic and coaching of colleagues
Degree in electrical engineering, IT, physics, mechatronics/robotics or comparable fields
Several years of experience in the development of systems and functions for advanced driver assistance systems and/or active safety
Experience with environmental sensors, especially ultrasound - in particular with regard to signal processing, interfaces and their application
Experience with series development of parking systems is advantageous
Very good programming abilities (C, C++ and Matlab/Simulink)
Practical experience with Vector Tools (CANape, CANalyzer, CANoe,
CAPL-Script) is advantageous
Very good English and good german skills (written and spoken)
Analytic and interdisciplinary thinking, interest in complex tasks
