Install/ Support Technician (US)


We are an industry leading front service technology solutions company blazing new trails in an existing industry and we are looking for a customer service oriented tech-savvy support and installation technician in the Midwest to western part of the country. Our Company specializes in Valet Parking Management Systems

Our Technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading computer hardware, software, networks, peripheral equipment and mobile devices; assesses and provides; prepares documentation and provides user assistance to customers. A background in IT and valet parking is preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Install and configure computers equipment & network infrastructure, SQL Databases and virtualization & web hosting.
  • Troubleshooting problems with computer systems, including hardware and software.
  • Strong communication skills – phone, email, and most importantly in person.
  • Ability to corroborate with sub-contractors, end users and project managers.
  • Focus on exceeding customer expectations.
