Global Digital Marketing Manager (Stockholm, SE)

The Role

EasyPark is a market leader in it’s category in Europe and we have put in a lot of hard work to grow the number of users, transactions and our brand. With no end in sight we are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager to take us to the next level in our digital presence and performance. We aim to grow our revenue more than 25% YoY and enter new markets where you will be a crucial team member to help us succeed. We have a high focus on ramping up our performance marketing and will move these skills inhouse. We aim to become the #1 preferred brand in our category and we are now paving the way to future success.

This is a people manager role on Group level, and together with your team you will build and implement the digital strategy, ensure we have the right tools in place and the best content at hand to reach success. You will test your thesis, validate the outcome, and iterate to reach high ROMI and prediction. And as a leader, you will mentor, inspire, develop and grow a team of digital marketing specialists.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy and roadmap to help us take the next steps and drive growth in line with the business strategy.
  • Recommending and executing an annual digital marketing budget to meet financial and strategic objectives. Set clear KPIs for the function and our markets. Ongoing forecasting and result analysis throughout the year.
  • Mentoring, recruiting, and growing a Digital Marketing organization that will optimize acquisition, build our brand and support a great consumer experience.
  • Autonomously define a performance marketing growth roadmap that expands across, and optimizes all viable channels.
  • Owning marketing channels such as App store ads, Search ads, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic and Affiliates, driving customer acquisition and leads, as well as implementing effective attribution models to understand the performance of all channels
  • Staying up-to-date with new trends within performance marketing and independently learning new tools, channels and tactics.
  • Setting up a framework and a well-oiled machinery for accelerated content production, testing and scaling across digital channels and markets, cooperating closely with the creative team.
  • Collaborating with our local Marketing Managers and Country Directors to build their growth successfully within each market. As one team we will move EasyPark to new heights.

About you

You are forward-leaning and able to establish credibility through vision, innovative mindset, digital marketing expertise and ability to get things done. You are happy to roll up your sleeves to operate hands-on, considering the team is on a growth journey, and at the same time you are very excited to design the digital strategy and playbook. You are driven by results, have a love for data and an ability to derive actionable conclusions from numbers and insights. Throughout your career you have been known to be the go-to person and champion when it comes to digital marketing, you are truly passionate about digital communication, brands and consumer experiences. And you are highly motivated by building a strong team, to drive engagement and to create an environment of trust.

Your background

To be successful in the role we believe you have the following

  • In your career you have successfully built up a digital inhouse team and function from scratch, leading a team of digital specialists within a cutting edge consumer oriented company
  • At least 7-10 years of digital marketing experience in a multi digital channel environment, where you have successfully built a consumer brand with a digital core
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing a digital inhouse team, as well as managing budget and costs
  • An international background of having implemented go-to-market strategies, digital communication and campaigns across multiple countries, working with global tools.
  • Profound experience from advertising in e.g. Google, Facebook and LinkedIn and tracking results through Google Analytics, Firebase etc.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business and/or marketing

This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm.
