Profile and role

EasyPark is currently looking for a talented individual who could become an outstanding PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER and SMART PARKING MANAGER. You have an “eye for detail” and are willing to do the “extra mile” to support our customers and their satisfaction with our solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and optimizing by providing support with guidance, advice and recommendations. You have a unique set of skills at your disposal, consisting of sales, marketing, technical support, and training and support that allow you to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Primary responsibilities

  • Responsible for drafting new contracts
  • Configuration of areas / tariffs / permits / maps
  • Testing areas, responsibility for the whole process
  • Customer support
  • Close cooperation with parking management consultants on various projects

Profile

  • Very detailed and able to manage several projects at the same time
  • Focused on process / documentation optimization
  • Organized with excellent monitoring to ensure that clients' goals and deadlines are met
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Ambitious and successful
  • Seamless communication in both the information and business environment
  • Technically savvy and innovation-oriented

Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales skills with prior knowledge of IT or with additional education in IT
  • Diploma in computer science, economics or similar studies
  • Experience and good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience as technical support
  • Experience with project tools (eg Jira)
  • Sales promotion experience and sales results
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and an in-depth understanding of stakeholder management
  • Strong business intuition and a highly developed ability to think conceptually, as prioritization requires that you think strategically and tactically, taking into account many dimensions
  • Current knowledge of Slovene and English and optional knowledge of Italian
  • Category B exam and own transport.
