People Operations Analyst and System Owner (Stockholm, SE)

As People Operations System Owner you will hold an important role in the implementation of a new HR System in EasyPark, where your previous experience in a similar role is highly appreciated.

You are naturally curious about systems, and the role they can play in people management, hence you will act as a passionate advocate in our organization in the execution stage of the process.

You have a strong interest in data and data analytics, and combined with your interest in the area you will be the go-to person for people insights and data-driven approaches towards making decisions in the area of people management.

You are highly analytical and structured and working with detailed processes is the best part of your day. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Drive the implementation and maintenance of a new HR system for different stakeholders and markets
  • Manage on-going performance and development of HR systems
  • Track various KPIs for managing and analyzing employee data
  • Analyze the workforce data to drive real business results and value actions
  • Continuously learn about new data analytical tools to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Automizing our current process such as Joiner/Leaver, compensation review, etc with support of our HR system
  • Be part of creating a great employee experience
  • Be part of contributing to the development of People Operations and collaborate with the team members in various areas

Requirements

  • Previous experience with IT system implementation
  • Experience in analyzing data, strong proficiency in Excel
  • You have previous experience from working in a similar role where you have handled projects and tasks in various areas.
  • Experience in supporting and managing projects with a proven track record in execution
  • Fluency in English, Swedish is not required and additional languages are meriting
