As a Software Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of highly talented individuals. You will work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. The role will be more management than development but you are expected to keep up with the latest technology and use your engineering knowledge and experience to lead and guide your team. Your role is to support and empower these teams in moving towards their targets and you are an expert at knowing when to listen and when to influence.. You are end responsible for the continuously innovation of the software solutions related to Electrical Vehicle charging.
Mentoring & leadership:
Take initiative and share innovative design patterns and frameworks, balancing implications of these choices on application usability, performance and maintainability
Lead a group of software engineers responsible for delivering next e-mobility platform
Lead by example, care for your team and always be for them
Coach, guide, inspire and motivate team members
Strong experience in leading development teams
People person - you are an inspirational leader who would love to bring the team to the next level
Experience building complex applications that have been successfully delivered to (external) customers
Experience in product development with cross-functional teams

Know how in establishing and stimulating software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software
Supervision and resource allocation to assure attainment of apt business and personnel development goals
Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular team meetings
Set attainable goals to team members in order for the project to be finished on time
Provide guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
Develop, manage and coach our software development team
