Mission:

Accompanies service partners in their skills development, carries out commissioning, analysis, correction and after-sales support operations on the DC / HPC product range and contributes to customer satisfaction through improvement of the quality of service.

Technical Support

  • Ensures and leads the follow-up of interventions, dysfunction analyzes and other level 3 support actions on which it is called, on the range of DC products (including HPC) installed in Europe (incl. UK)
  • Performs in-depth product reviews, remotely or on-site (Europe)
  • Accompany and provide support to serivce partners and general technical support engineers (local to each EVBox office)
  • Oversees the installation and commissioning of pre-series, as well as the first major projects
  • Creates and animates a shared database, to share experience and good practices
  • Contributes to the implementation of the service's documentation and to the improvement of its operation
  • Customer satisfaction, through a maximum rate of availability of charging stations
  • Resolution of the proposed technical problems in coherence with the temporal objectives of the service

Quality of service and commercial development

  • Ensures the recovery of non-conformities of the product (technical, functional) and the characterization of bugs, from the commissioning of the product
  • Interacts with the DC development team to take into account nonconformities and bugs
  • Provides recommendations and other concrete ideas for progress on product / process improvement DC
  • Contributes to the qualification and acceptance of new DC products and / or DC product developments
  • Supports European Country Directors and their teams in deploying DC Service
  • Improving the quality of DC products
  • Indirectly increase in sales

Requirements

  • Master's degree or engineering degree based on a technical basis, or professional experience providing equivalence, with a dominant in electrical engineering, power electronics, programming knowledge, mechanical and hydraulic are a plus
  • 3 years experience in technical support or product development, preferably in industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle sector or willingness to acquire it
  • Very good knowledge in electronics (embedded), software development and IP communication
  • Understanding of product development processes and manufacturing processes
  • Successful experience in the automotive, sustainable transportation or energy sector is an advantage
  • Effective in both time and quality in problem solving
  • Very good oral and written skills in English and French
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus
  • Organized, methodical
  • Quiet and patient
  • Willing to travel frequently in Europe
