We believe in a future where daily transportation is emission-free and sustained by smart charging infrastructure. That’s why we’ve made it our goal to accelerate the adoption of electric mobility by bringing the most accessible and scalable charging solutions to the world. However, the transition from gas to electric cars will change a great deal of what we know about transportation. We’re going to need EV charging infrastructure that is accessible, reliable, and future-proof. Team Hardware at EVBox develops and iterates on our iconic charging stations that are placed worldwide.
We’re looking for a System Engineer - Hardware, who will take a central technical role in the development of EVBox’s AC (3.7-22kW) charging stations, ensuring they are best-in-class and ready for large scale rollouts. Who will make sure that technical requirements are clear to the hardware and embedded firmware/software development teams (with a focus on hardware) and ensure proper integration into a range of charging stations. Who will further help to define technical solutions to product requirements and oversee the functional and performance testing of the charge stations. In addition, the System Engineer - Hardware will be responsible for the creation of lead content for technical documentation on the products and be involved in both lifecycle management of existing products as well as development of entirely new products or electronic platforms.
