As the first Senior Product Marketing Manager at FlashParking, you will utilize your proven experience to help establish the role. Working closely with our Product, Sales, and Operations teams, by establishing product success in the market, you will drive customer acquisition and adoption of FlashParking products. You will know our target markets, buyers, and competition meticulously in order to develop messaging and go-to-market strategy for new launches. You'll also be the voice representing our customers across the organization - celebrating those wins and gaining more opportunities to learn across our expanding markets.
What Will You Get to do at Flash
Drive product naming, messaging and positioning through qualitative and quantitative research
Manage beta and pilot programs for new product launches to assess customer adoption criteria and influence feature prioritization for launch
Quarterback product launches and build the go-to-market strategy to include the right mix of content and channels to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase
Identification of KPIs for releases and product adoption
Develop and optimize customer personas and buyer journeys
Develop competitive benchmarking and content to position against other platforms
Partner with our sales training team on the field sales enablement plan and with the marketing communications and demand gen teams to bring product narratives to life via integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and support revenue goals
Compile customer testimonials and case studies for external and internal use
Develop an internal feedback loop in partnership with Product and Engineering
Drive voice of the customer internally and be the face of the product with customers
Establish product/customer panels and engagement solutions
Who Are You
You have a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - an MBA is a plus
Have 7+ years of experience in marketing (4+ product marketing)
An analytical thinker - results-driven with the ability to analyze complex data (i.e. product-market fit, customer insights for persona development, build business cases)
Experienced in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience
Exceptional written communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
Experience in HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar Marketing and Sales CRM systems; strong in SQL & Excel; and an enterprise software background
