FLASH is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing HR team. This role will work collaboratively with our hiring managers across the Engineering and Product departments to find and attract the best talent to join FLASH. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment while ensuring that candidate experience remains a top priority. This person must have outstanding time management and communication skills and be eager to own and manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to the final offer.
What you'll do:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process in applicant tracking system (ATS)
Identify sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
Work closely with Engineering and Product leaders to form a relationship and deeply understand their teams, talent needs, priorities, and timelines.
Partner with appropriate hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop a recruitment strategy and talent pipeline for each position
Provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.
Provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practice.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
What we're looking for:
5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting; at least 2 of which would be in-house directly supporting and partnering with hiring managers
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (we use Lever), LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter etc.
Experience in successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates through multiple channels, and engaging each person in meaningful conversations
The ability to build trust and credibility with hiring teams and candidates through clear, authentic communication
You know the importance of having a deep understanding and context for the roles and hiring teams you support
Must be able to speak intelligently to the companys tech stack(s) used and how the candidates will need to perform in the role
Process driven demeanor, always looking for ways to improve existing processes including documentation, collaboration with team members, and recruitment tools
Adapts quickly to changing business needs and requirements
