Working close with the HR Director, the main objective of the person in charge of social relations is to avoid tensions, to prevent social conflicts and to ensure that harmonious social dialogue is maintained. To do this, it ensures the proper implementation of the agreements concluded, but also on the practices and developments of social legislation at the level of labor law and the collective agreement. It also plays an important role in the involvement of managers in the management of social dialogue and the development of social ties with employees.
Preparation of different projects or social projects
Monitor changes in social law linked either to the national legislative framework (labor code) or to a collective agreement and which may have an impact on the company.
Dialogue with the general management and the human resources department of the company to include social relations in the general strategy.
Program the different annual deadlines with the employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, etc.).
Prepare for social developments in the company by formalizing proposals in line with the company’s strategy, its collective agreement and labor law.
Ensure the proper implementation of the agreements concluded, communicate and involve managers in the course of operations.
Increase the skills of managers who must be an integral part of social dialogue, both to their teams and to the social partners.
Develop and maintain social ties with employees.
Relations and negotiations with social partners
Inform the various employee representative bodies of the company's regulatory development projects.
Define a communication and negotiation strategy to facilitate the acceptance of the change by the social partners and employees.
Facilitate meetings with social partners and negotiate with the aim of reaching an agreement which will become a new social norm within the company.
Ensure compliance with agreements and communicate with social partners on the progress of operations.
Trained 5 years in social / labor law or human resources management, or in relation to social relations, you have a successful experience of at least 5 years in this area and in an industrial environment.
You have very good knowledge of social law and more specifically of the Metallurgy collective agreement. You are known for your negotiating skills, your calm and your vision, so as not to let yourself be absorbed by the wishes and pressures of the various parties, particularly in the context of negotiations.
Diplomacy and prudence will be necessary in order to reconcile the demands of the social partners and the needs of the company.
Your resistance to stress and pressure will be invaluable assets for carrying out the various negotiation phases.
English would be a plus.
