Job Description

We are looking for you who have from 2-3 years of experience with good references in data / IT at a product or service company. With us, you will work in a group that will sell, deliver and support Flowbird's products and services to our customers. Flowbird delivers products that provide safe, efficient and reliable parking solutions.

It is therefore of great importance that you have good communication, social and collaboration skills, both in contact with your colleagues and our customers.

Tasks

  • Technical sales support in connection with sales, tenders and other sales processes
  • Configuration, setup and commissioning
  • Training and ongoing dialogue with customers
  • Technical support

Competence requirements

  • Relevant data / IT education from a vocational subject or college
  • Knowledge of the internet, system integrations, app solutions and payment systems
  • Microsoft Office, G Suite and other Google products
  • Fluent Norwegian and English in writing and orally
  • Client / server based networks with Windows, Tcp / ip, DNS, firewalls, databases, switches, Mac OSX / iOS
  • Driving license class B

Desired competence

  • Has participated in both large and small tender processes, both private and public
  • Understanding French written and oral

Responsibility

As a solution specialist, you will be organized under our operations department. Your role will be a close link between operations and sales, to optimize our customer solutions. It is therefore important that you can work well in teams. The role will also be a support function for employees in the support department.

Your role will also be responsible for training customers and colleagues within the product groups for which you as a solution specialist will be responsible. In Norway you will be a 1st line support, which will have a close dialogue with our 2nd line support in Sweden. It will also be possible for your role to have a dialogue with employees in other parts of the world as well, hence the need for good language skills as mentioned above.

This will involve some travel activity in connection with the role, primarily in connection with customer meetings. This means about 20 travel days a year.
